The Customer
Waiter's is an Italian chocolate producer who was looking to grow sales of its products in the UK.
The Challenge
Witor’s was an unknown brand in the UK. Before investing in the UK market, they wanted to understand if they were targeting the right customer and to sense check the price points and packaging.
What We Did
- Hosted two 90 min long consumer testing panels with a total of 40 respondents taking part
- Designed a series of questions to pre-qualify the respondents
- Designed a discussion list that would ensure Witor’s questions were fully answered
- Having gained valuable insights from the two panels we presented the findings to Witor’s to enable them to explore the UK market, be better informed and to avoid wasting time and budget
